As we all know, none of the current Nokia Lumia devices are going to update to Windows Phone 8, although Microsoft had already confirmed that Nokia Lumia 900 with get a feature pack with Windows Phone 8 new start up screen and some other latest updates.
Nokia also didn’t announce if Nokia Lumia 800 and Lumia 710 will be updated to Windows Phone 7.8 or not. We got the news from our sources, that starting from 27th of June, Nokia is rolling out update for Nokia Lumia devices specially Nokia Lumia 800 and 710, the update includes flip the phone to silence, hotspot, minor fixes in the software and some other improvements.
The update of the devices will start in groups and we are hoping all of the mentioned devices will get the update at end of July. Hotspot features allows your phone to share your mobile internet connection with other devices, like other smartphone, laptops and tablets. All these features were not included in Windows phones, when they were launched so Nokia has to bring these features separately to their phones.
Nokia also promised for new games and apps especially for their Lumia devices, all in upcoming weeks. We have already seen Nokia Camera Extra exclusive app for their Nokia Lumia users, which introduces features like, Panorama, Self Timer, Smart Group and Action Shot.
