Yesterday Google released it’s first ever tablet, the Nexus 7. It has been made with Asus and it uses the new Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, which we at Suck My Trend have reviewed. The tablet has also come just in time for the pre-orders of Project Glass, which when released will be a worldwide trend because of it’s incredible technological power.
The 7 inch tablet has a resolution of 1280 x 700px, with over 9 hours of video playback and weighs 340g. It has been priced at a very reasonable price which will tempt any iPad user. The 8GB tablet has been expected to sell for £159 and the 16GB at £199, which is priced close to that of an Amazon Kindle Fire. The only problem now is what do I ask for for Christmas?
The unveiling of this product one week after the news of the Microsoft 8 Tablet “Surface”, means that this is going to be a battle of the best. First impressions of the Nexus 7 have been very positive so far. If you want to see what others think of the new tablet, click the link at #googletablet
