Latitude festival 2012 in Suffolk is only 17 hours away, but there are fears that it will be cancelled because of the weather. It starts tomorrow (Thursday 12th)  until Sunday 15th  and the weather for today has not given the festival goers any hope for the next few days. The line-up for the festival includes the like of Bon Iver, Paul Weller and Elbow.

We have already seen Pete Waterman’s Hit Factory Festival in Hyde Park be cancelled yesterday because of health and safety fears. This has spurred up fears for other festivals being cancelled and twitter has seen a rise of ticket holders sharing their concerns about the weather and trying to sell on their tickets. People moaning about rain at #Latitude Festival you make me ashamed to be British & a festival goer.

Ok the big packing for the latitude festival has now begun in earnest @ the marriage household . Don’t think we will need sunscreen though!

All we can say is make sure you take your Wellington boots and a rain jacket and enjoy the mud.
