A video of a toddler climbing a door frame has became an internet sensation on YouTube after being featured on many news sites, including BBC News.
The young girl is from Loughborough, and she is only 3 years old. She is called Sofya Dickson, and her YouTube video has been viewed more than 200,000 times on YouTube already. With all this media coverage we can expect it to grow a lot more.
Sofya’s father explained that US news stations had been in touch regarding the video, so this could become a worldwide trending viral video, rather than just a hit in the UK.
The father also said:
“I had a lot of comments saying you should take her to the local rock climbing centre, so I might give them a call and see if they would let a three-year-old through the door.”
Without further ado, here is the video for you to enjoy and laugh at too.
A lot of people on the YouTube video have made a valid point that most kids have this skill. I did this myself when I was growing up, although being a rather tall lad, I didn’t have to climb very far. This girl is only three years old however, which is what makes it unique and cute.
Some people have attempted a video response, but we don’t feel they are too funny. More of a “You had to be there” moment.
The video was actually posted over a week ago, so it has taken time to go viral, but I guess it can happen at any time. It took 20 years for “Never gonna give you up” to hit the limelight on YouTube.
Quite frankly, I was always the one going down the stairs in a sleeping bag. I tried it again, but it really hurt my butt.
