Wenlock the Olympic Mascot and Mandeville the Paralympic Mascot have been making an appearance all over London and the rest of the UK. But to make sure they are being especially patriotic to the British society they have had statues made of themselves which have been dotted around London. There are more than 80 statues of the mascots to find along 6 individual walking routes that guide you around London to find them.
This idea is very similar to the very popular Big Egg Hunt which showcased giant Easter eggs that were decorated by artists and designers and were scattered around London for 40 days and 40 nights. The statues featured this time are also decorated uniquely to match each location they have been put in. This features the likes of Trafalgur Wenlock, Tourist Wenlock, Big Ben Wenlock, Red Telephone Wenlock and Busker Wenlock.
If you want to find the locations of the Olympic Mascot statues then check out the official mascot site and get your hunting gear at the ready to search for these inventive little monsters.
