Google Doodles are seen by millions of people every single day, but some people don’t even know what they are. They are in fact the customised versions of the Google Logo that you see and can sometimes interact with on the Google Homepage, which are created for particular events and birthdays of famous people.
For example, we wrote about Gideon Sundback a couple of months ago, and Google’s logo had a giant zip down it. The Google Doodles have become very popular with the nation however over the past couple of weeks, as for the first time a new Google Doodle was in place every single day, and it was for an Olympic Sport each day. And of course, our writer Emma was on top of that.
Who does the Google Doodles though? Well, his name is Ryan Germick, and he is Creative Lead over at Google. His Doodles are seen by a very large amount of people everytime a new one goes live.
