Own a Piece of Olympic History - Suck My Trend

Own a Piece of Olympic History

The London 2012 Official Shop is live and is the place to go if you would like to own a piece of Olympic History. The Olympic Games are very unlikely to come by again during our lifetime, making the 2012 games we just experienced a once in a lifetime literally.

You can buy signed memorabilia from both todays famous athletes such as Tom Daley the diver, or previous athletes that have gained popularity through history for being simply the best for their time.

You can purchase a full range of clothing such as T-Shirts, Baseball style caps and other apparel. You can even purchase a London 2012 rubber duck to stick in your bath.

Olympic style footballs are also available, and you can purchase those strange one eyed toys just like the Olympic Statues we have been seeing all over London.

There is specialised Team GB stuff available too if you don’t like the whole 2012 theme that’s going on, and you can even purchase the music soundtrack from the opening ceremony.

The Store only accepts Visa, but pretty much everyone has this nowadays anyway.

There is also a widget in the sidebar showing that there are 15 days left until the Paralympic games start. Looking good.

The prices are not so bad. A signed Jessica Ennis 16x12inch frame with her abs our will set you back £249.99, but the question is, how much would this be worth later on down the line? Perhaps a smart investment?

Have you purchased anything from the London 2012 store? If so, what did you get? Comments go below.
