If you are British and are a dedicated twitter-er then you must be following The Queen (parody twitter of course). Elizabeth Windsor has nearly 1 million followers. We have already given you the best of the Queen Memes but now she is trending once again but not because of the hilarious tweets she has been posting or the funny pictures.

Instead the makers of @Queen_UK has developed a new app. The app is called Gin O’Clock and allows you to mix the perfect gin cocktail whilst finding out the favourite royal recipes. There is also an alarm feature which tells you when it is Gin O’Clock and the Queen needs another refreshment. Although we must admit that the app does cost 69p. This must be because the queen shared her taste for Gin with Prince Harry who had one too many last week in Vegas.
