French Court blocks any more Pictures of Kate Middleton Topless with Injunction

A French Court has decided to block future publications which include topless photos of Kate Middleton whilst sunbathing on a holiday. If the French magazine were to distribute the images or publish anything else, they will face a 10,000 Euro fee for each time this is breached.

The publishers must give the images back to the couple within 24 hours, and these must also be the original images.

Not a single UK magazine or newspaper has yet published the images, however in other countries it is still happening, even in countries as close as Ireland. The Irish one is suffering from many issues involving it, as the paper has UK versions known as The Daily Star.

An Italian Magazine named Chi has printed over 20 pages of Kate Middleton nude. It is expected that legal action could soon reach there too, however although an injunction has been put in place, the images have already been published. According to Google Trends, the search term “Kate Middleton” has been searched over 3 million times this week, meaning that 3 million people have already seen Kate Middleton’s nude images. We have not hosted any of the nude images as we are not an adult themed website, but we have posted images that are related to the story.
