News has come out this week that not only has Justin Bieber had his laptop stolen, leading to a nude picture scandal; news has gone worldwide that he is related to both Avril Lavigne and Ryan Gosling. Well that was unexpected. It is important to note that both Justin Bieber and Avril Lavigne are infact Canadian which could end up leading to a relation. Ryan Gosling is also from Ontario, and was born there. But the Population of Canada is around 32 million according to Google Public Data. Amazingly that’s half of the UK population even though Canada is 9,985,000 km², and the UK is only 244,800 km². Can you see why we have a “condensed population”?

But any way, back on topic. Justin Bieber may even be related to Celine Dion.

Apparently the four people all go back to the original settlers of Quebec Canada, and would make Avril Lavigne a 12th cousin of the Baby Star. I think it’s more amazing that his music video is the most viewed of all time on YouTube with over 700 million views. Gangnam Style might be able to catch up one day with any luck, as that song totally deserves the top spot.

This story of Justin Bieber’s relations has hit the top spot of all of the major news sites and we expect to be seeing a lot more coming by soon enough. Maybe I am lucky enough to be related to the signer? Although that may not be such a lucky thing after all, who knows.
