AT&T is announcing a revolutionary home-management system that will launch many home into the future.

This product is called AT&T Digital Life. We are all familiar with home-security solutions such as ADT, and other companies that thrive around keeping your family safe. However, AT&T wanted to take this product to a whole new level – focusing on aspects other than just surveillance. For example, the app interface shows the ability to manage your home thermostat, lights, and even the garage door.

AT&T will be rolling out trials beginning this summer in Atlanta, GA and Dallas, TX.

We have all dreamed of owning a “super home” and this may be the closest we can currently get. Pricing is still yet to be announced, but one can surmise that it will bear a hefty price tag. I feel that it is also tailored to a specific type of household and user that may have more to protect and manage than an average person.
