A source from the Daily Mail has revealed that over 15 million of us throw away unwanted Christmas presents. This is either because it doesn’t fit, we already have it or we just don’t like it. Marks and Spencer and Oxfam have joined together to introduce a policy that allows you to donate your unwanted gifts to charity. This new trend is called “Shwopping”.
An extreme case of unwanted Christmas gifts have appeared on Ebay. The unwanted presents were listed as -

You might think this is unusual for these presents being sold when they are unwrapped and you don’t even know what you are buying. The owner of these gifts has described the gifts as unwanted because her ex-boyfriend left them for her under her tree along with his key. She has guessed they are perfume, make-up and jewellery from feeling them and the shapes and sizes.
