This has to be one of the best CV’s or Resume’s I have ever seen. A man called Phillipe Dubost is looking for a job, but so are millions of overs in each country as times are tough and the economy is struggling. This means there is a lot more competition when you are trying to apply, and you have to do something a little extra to stand out. Phil Dub knew this, and so he made PhilDub.com which is a Resume of his skills, replicated into an Amazon’s Product page, and it looks incredible.
With this Resume he wanted to show that he had skills in Web Development, and Web Marketing as indicated by the “Category Links” on the product page. He has definitely succeeded in doing so by creating something on the web that has stood out, and become a trending topic on a variety of different websites such as Mashable and The Next Web.
Everything is done right on the page, such as there only being one left in stock, Mr Phil himself. Product pictures including a charity event to show his good work raising money. Our favourite part has to be the Product Reviews section, which is actually a description of all his previous roles and jobs he has had. Overall, this is a brilliant idea, and I really hope it helps him to obtain the dream job that he clearly has the skills to do.
